Have you seen the newest ezine for green hotels? It's a weekly publication filled with lots of information about being and becoming an environmentally friendly hotel.

The July 17, 2006, publication covered the Pacific Palisades Hotel's recycling program. This hotel doesn't just recycle, it recycles *lots*! You'll no longer find batteries, fluorescent bulbs/tubes, incandescent bulbs or even food waste in their trash. What a great practice to reduce land fill issues.

Each week you'll also find a wealth of information in departments titled Energy Management, Waste Management, Lighting, Water Conservation, Air Quality, Kitchen and Laundry, and Green Design. There are lots of other topics and departments you have to check out for yourself.
