Since I have such a strong reaction against foam cups, plates, bowls, and of course to-go containers, I realized I should find an alternative for to-go containers. I ask for foil if foam clam-shells are what's offered. But that's not always ideal. I'm sure there are draw backs to these containers too, but I hope the ramifications are much milder. I guess if I'm serious about ecologically correct to-go containers I should take my class containers with me when I go out to eat. Smile
